Aluminum profile radiators are becoming more and more popular in the radiator market. At the same time, because different customers have different production requirements for radiators, customers’ special requirements for products make the surface treatment process of aluminum profile radiators different. Sometimes customers have some special requirements for the surface of aluminum profile radiators. For example, the surface corrosion resistance of extruded aluminum radiator is not very strong, so sometimes it is necessary to conduct surface treatment through anodic oxidation (blackening) to increase the corrosion resistance, wear resistance and appearance aesthetics of aluminum; Do you know what surface treatments are used in the production and processing of aluminum profile radiators?

The main process of aluminum profile radiator oxidation process is as follows:

Surface pretreatment: clean the profile surface with chemical or physical methods to expose the pure substrate, so as to obtain a complete and dense artificial oxide film. Mirror or matte (Matt) surfaces can also be obtained by mechanical means.
Anodizing: under certain process conditions, the pretreated surface of the aluminum profile will be anodized to form a layer of dense, porous and strong adsorption Al203 film.
Hole sealing: seal the pores of the porous oxide film formed after anodic oxidation, so as to enhance the anti pollution, anti-corrosion and wear resistance of the oxide film. The oxide film is colorless and transparent. By using the strong adsorption of the oxide film before sealing the hole, some metal salts are adsorbed and deposited in the film hole, which can make the appearance of aluminum profile show many colors other than its natural color (silver white), such as black, bronze, golden yellow and stainless steel.
