These steps may cause defective products if they are not operated properly.

A. Sawing defects

Causes

1, Sawing speed is too fast, the pressure material device loose easy and causes sawing arc.

2, Saw blade wear, oil spray device broken is likely to cause sawing burrs and angle failure.

Solvement

1, Adjust the sawing speed, the implementation of fixed production.

2, Regular maintenance and repair of the sawing machine, timely replacement of the saw blade, adjust the pressure block tightness and oil spraying device.

3, In strict accordance with the operating instructions for self-inspection and special inspection, timely adjustment of the sawing machine so that the sawing tolerance within the specified range. Drop those sawing machine which is difficult to adjust.

B. The stamping processing is not qualified

1. When stamping processing, the positioning end is loose and the operation is not standardized.

2、The stamping die has wear and tear.

Solvement

1、Install a limit device on the punching machine and fix it.

2、Maintain and repair the punching machine and die as required.

3、Make special inspection tool to check the size.

C. Surface bruises

1、Raw material knocking and scratching missed inspection.

2、Regularly check the workbench and undercutting tools are intact, and check the workbench as required to keep it neat and tidy without aluminum chips.

3、The products are neatly arranged to avoid scratches on the end.

4、Enter the packaging process only after passing the inspection according to the standard.
